Chando lives with her family in New York City. Chando studied at Manhattan College prior to becoming an actor. Chando is best known for playing Maddie Coleman from As the World Rotates, a tv soap opera that she appeared in between 2005 through 2007. Also, she appeared for the second time at the beginning of 2009 for several months. Alexandra first made her debut acting in 2002 when she portrayed Jenna Harper on the TV Show House Blend. As the World Turns was the American television soap opera that CBS aired over three years. Maddie Coleman played the role. Chando made her TV debut with True life (an American documentary) in late 2009. Later, in 2009 she was a guest on Sherri, a show on TV. The actress starred in two episodes of the American television show drama-comedy Glory Daze. Additionally, her other television show credits include Castle, Hindsight, Dead People and Outcast.
